The Leadership Collective is made up of passionate women from our SPG community who have stepped forward — with encouragement from Team WEvolution — to help guide and support the community following the closure of WEvolution as an organisation. They are committed to preserving what makes Small, Powerful Groups so special while building something even stronger for this community’s future.

What Collective Does

The Collective will:

  • Listen and respond to feedback from the SPG community

  • Host regular Sounding Board meetings to gather your ideas and insights

  • Shape the vision and strategy for the future of SPGs

  • Share updates, decisions, and behind-the-scenes progress

  • Champion the values of connection, courage, and creativity that define SPGs.

We believe in the power of collective wisdom. That’s why we’re introducing Sounding Board sessions — regular open meetings where you can:

  • Share your feedback and ideas

  • Help shape the future direction of SPGs

  • Hold the Collective accountable to our shared vision
