Vicki Sellick (@vsellick)

Vicki is a Director of Nesta, the UK’s innovation foundation, overseeing £15m grant funding to scale up the most promising innovations in the fields of social action and education. She blogs on innovation and growth semi-regularly here and tweets a bit more frequently. She is an advocate for government innovators trying to change the system from within, having spent 6 years with the Young Foundation where she she worked with governments around the world, and more than 50 local authorities to design and embed innovations in public sector service delivery. Vicki began her carer supporting regeneration and community initiatives in Sheffield working for both Sheffield City Council and the University of Sheffield. Outside of work she loves sailing, cycling and walking and is a keen volunteer.
